Founders Plaza is a five-story building with a basement marketed as commercial office space. The facility utilized lightweight concrete for the elevated decks. In addition, there is an attached five-story eight hundred space post-tensioned parking deck. The fast-paced schedule is required due to the location in the burgeoning Northwest Arkansas area, and it is nestled in the fastest-growing commercial district. The master plan for this project includes more multiple multi-story buildings very soon. It was a pleasure working with Crossland Construction on this project.
